Which pathways are offered?

Game Design—This pathway prepares students to create design specifications and integrate art and sound, translating it all into a playable game. This requires knowledge of computer operating systems, programming and markup languages (JAVA, Python, C++, HTML5/CSS), and software development.


Programming/Cybersecurity—This pathway prepares students to design, develop, implement, and maintain computer systems and software, requiring knowledge of computer operating systems, programming and markup languages (JAVA, Python, C++, HTML5/CSS), software development, and cybersecurity.

***Many Microsoft®️ Office certificates can be earned after completing one course. Other certificates require more classes to be better prepared, and students who participate in the program for at least two years will have further preparation for certification testing.
